Project comprised construction of new steel framed extensions to and alterations of existing agricultural and gardening machinery dealership in Carlisle.
Work elements included minor demolition and strip out works, site preparation and installation of foundations and reinforced concrete ground floor slab, erection of structural steel frames, cladding and roof; installation of roller shutter doors and glazing together with Internal finishing and fit out works; external works including extending existing hardstanding and access areas, foul and surface water drainage.
The premises remained fully operational throughout the construction period and detailed planning and ongoing close coordination with staff ensured works were delivered safely and disruption minimised.
