Project comprised extensive internal and external alteration and reconfiguration works within an existing and fully operational garden centre in North Wales.
Work elements included downtakings and demolition works, formation of new fully equipped and serviced kitchen and restaurant area and refurbishment of areas of existing building, installation of rew and upgraded mechanical and electrical systems and onstruction of new entrance area and glazed doors. External works included upgrading of existing and installation of new foul and surface water systems and pipework together with formation of new pedestrian pathways.
All works delivered within live and operational garden centre and detailed pre construction planning and effective ongoing coordination with staff and building users throughout the construction phase ensured safe, high quality and efficient delivery of the project.
