The project comprised the design and construction of a new car park providing 87 spaces.
The works incorporated site preparation, excavation, installation of drainage, importing and installation of extensive fill material, installation of kerbing, footpaths, drainage, surfacing, white lining and an electric barrier system.
Works included formation and construction of new carpark entrance off North Shore Road with associated works within adjacent public highway and traffic management.
All works were carried out close to existing fully operational commercial premises.
