Project comprised roof repairs at Langholm Primary School including removal of existing zinc roof covering, insulation and damaged CLT roof panels. Replacement with new timber and steel roof structure, insulation and liquid roofing system Associated alterations to and reinstatement of existing M&E infrastructure to facilitate the works.
All works were delivered within a live school environment and close ongoing coordination, and collaboration ensured the project was delivered safely, within programme and budget, to a high quality with minimal disruption to ongoing school operations.
