Project comprised internal and external works to existing Primary School.
Internal works involved extensive refurbishment and upgrading of the exisitng nursery accommodation and toilet areas and included upgrades to existing mechanical and electrical services; removal of internal walls and doors; internal decoration to ceilings and walls and replacement floor coverings
External works included construction of new external entrance ramps with handrails and fencing, external play areas, site furniture, retaining walls, surfacing and drainage.
All works were carried out within a live and fully operational school with the added complexity of ongoing COVID-19 restrictions.
Intensive and detailed pre-construction engagement and coordination with the School and effective management of the construction phase ensured the works were delivered safely, within budget, on programme and to the highest quality whilst effectively minimising disruption to ongoing school operations and fully complying with School COVID-19 protocols and operating procedures.
