Negotiated Design and Build project comprising construction of 9,000 ft2 steel framed building with cladding and brickwork external walls and profiled roof structure together with associated external works – hard landscaping, access road, car parking, services, drainage infrastructure, fencing.
Works included full internal fit out including partitions, floors & ceilings, formation of office and ancillary space, painting and decoration and installation of new mechanical and electrical systems including solar PV panels.
The new building provides Aspatria Farmers / MTS Dairy Services with new fully serviced, high quality and energy efficient office, workshop, storage and trade counter facilities together with external car parking and hardstanding areas.
The project was delivered on programme and within budget.
