A multi-phased planned maintenance and refurbishment project, delivered within a live school environment.
The works were carefully programmed during both holiday and term time periods to maintain safe access for and minimum disruption to pupils and staff.
Key work elements included the strip-out and installation of new heating and hot water systems, installation of energy-efficient LED lighting, complete roof replacement, and fitting of new suspended ceilings. Internal finishes included decoration and new floor coverings, along with a new external access ramp and installation of a stair lift.
