The project comprised extensive internal alterations, refurbishment, and reconfiguration of existing ground floor office accommodation to provide new high-quality reception, office and meeting spaces. Key work elements included demolition of existing internal partitions, installation of new internal partitions to create a new layout, window repairs, 4nr new double-glazed screens, new finishes to walls, floors and ceilings, internal decoration, mechanical alterations and Contractor Designed electrical works.
The works were delivered safely on programme, within budget and with minimal disruption.
