The project comprised extensive internal multi trade refurbishment and reconfiguration of 4 former hospital premises across Dumfries and Galloway to create new high quality fully serviced Community Hubs.
Works involved limited structural reconfigurations, down takings and asbestos removal and disposal, upgrade of existing and installation of new M & E systems, IT and date infrastructure, access and security controls, staff assistance systems, heating, and hot and cold-water services. External works included formation of level accesses at the entrances to Moffat and Thornhill Hubs.
